ELEVEN SOVIET SOLDIERS KILLED. Received March 5, 7.30 p.m. HSINKING, March 4. Eleven Soviet soldiers are reported to have been killed in two attacks against a Manchukuo western frontier post. The Manchukuoans suffered no losses.
