BIG COMBINED DISPLAY A novel attraction on Cook’s Gardens next Tuesday night will be the combined display to be given by the United Fire Brigades, the Wanganui Amateur Athletic and Cycling Club and the Wanganui Highland Pipe Hand. , „ The star item will be a real fire on the centre of the oval and the services of a “real’’ tire brigade to quell it. The superb marching of Un Highland Pipe Band will prove attractive and the athletic and c\ cling events will be well worth seeing. It is destined to be one of the most outstanding displays ever seen in Wanganui.
