AT NAPIER PARK
FAIR FIELDS WILL PARADE EVENTS MOSTLY' CONFINED TO HAWKE’S BAY STABLES Though somewhat on the light side in some of the events, the fields for the Napier Park Racing Club's autumn meeting at Greenmeadows today of useful dimensions and the racing promises to be interestingly contested. The meeting will be mostly confined to Hawke's Bay horses. Woodville and Wanganui form affords a guide to most of the issues. The going will be exceptionally fast. The betting will be under the single pool system. The following promise to be well supported:— Omaranui Highweight.—Red Rufus, Misurina. Maiden Scurry.—Screen Lord and Gold Chase.
