BRITAIN CONSIDERING CREDIT GRANT EXPECTED VOTE BY PARLIAMENT [ British Official Wifeless. ] RUGBY, Feb. 1. The Marquess of Zetland, Secretary for India, speaking hi Cambridge to-day, said he had no doubt that Parliament would grant a credit to China. “We have under consideration further methods, which I need not particularise at the moment, for granting China assistance,” he said. The Japanese have requested foreigners to evacuate Kuling before February 10, after which their safety will not be guaranteed. A spokesman announced that the Japanese would not be responsible for :• injuries and damage during the comI ing opera tinny and declined to give ; an assurance that foreigners will be al lowed, to return. He claimed that ' 65 foreigners, of whom 37 were British, were still inside the Chinese lines.
