DELEGATION FAILS
POLISH CZECHOSLOVAKIAN TRADE POSSIBILITY OF GERMAN INFLUENCE LONDON, Jan. 3. The Daily Telegraph's Prague correspondent says that the Polish trade delegation has failed to negotiate an agreement with Czechoslovakia. The impression gained was that German influence had prevented the Czechs granting concessions.
