BULLS
SPORTS GALA As advertised, the Bulls-Ohakea Sports Club will open the season tomorrow with a grand gala night on the Domain. The programme will include running events for men and women, cycling and novelty items, and the Feilding Pipe Band will be in attendance, and will give marching displays. The floodlighting system has been tried, and will be found to be satisfactory, and there will be dancing on the green after the sports. Eight of the very latest 150 watt sodium" floodlamps have been erected, and the lighting is so good that photographs may be taken with an ordinary camera as in daylight.
