MEETING AT NGATURI

VOTE OF CONFIDENCE A meeting of between 35 and 40 electors in the Ngaturi School yesterday afternoon listened attentively to an address by Mr. E. B. Gordon, National candidate for Rangitikei, who outlined the National Party’s policy. Mr. T. Mitchell presided, and at the conclusion of his address the candidate answered a number of questions. On the motion of Mr. G. Wells, secondeu by Mr. John Polson, Mr. Gordon was given a vote of thanks and the meeting expressed its confidence in him to represent Rangitikei in Parliament. The motion was carried unanimously.
