MOTOR-BOAT RECORD
SIR MALCOLM CAMPBELL FAILS TWICE. GENEVA, Aug. 10. Sir Malcolm Campbell twice unsuccessfully attempted to break the world water speed record, averaging 122.46 miles an hour in the Bluebird. Sir Malcolm Campbell, with a new engine in the Bluebird of an extra 200 horse-power, will make another attempt on the record on August 12.
