REORGANISATION ON LAND, SEA AND AIR FISHERMEN’S RESERVE OTTAWA, Aug. 10. Ciyiada. land, sea, end air defences are to be reorganised in the near future, and an Air Council, headed by Air-Marshal W. A. Bishop, V.C., the war ace. as Air Marshal, may be formed. It would co-ordinate military and civil aviation. The Fishermen’s Reserve, on ths Pacific Coast, is being organised io co-operate with the navy and militia. Training camps in all parts of the country are being developed rapidly.
