The chairman stated that ti e board was required to consider whether or not the employer had been justified in dismissing lhe driver o er whom the dispute had arisen. The union had undertaken o abide by the board’s decision and the employers tc find employment for the driver without loss nf wages if the decision wai in the union's favour. After hearing all the evidence decision was reserved.
