DELEGATION IN BERLIN. I British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, May 24. Sir Frederick Leith Ross, Chief Economic Adviser to His Majesty’s Government, has arrived in Berlin with other members of the British delegation which is to negotiate with the German Government in regard to Anglo-German trade, necessitated by the union of Austria with Germany.
