WIDOW CLAIMS DAMAGES ( Per b «m Association. J WELLINGTON. May 25. Arising from a collision at Thorndon on January 10, Annie May Morns sought from Guy I .owe. Chinese fruiterer, Petone, £3500 damages in the Supreme Court to-day for the death of her husband. Edward Terence Morris, tramway employee. Mr. Justice Quilliam was on the Bench. Negligence on the part of the defendant was alleged, whereby he caused the car to collide with deceased’s motor-cycle, the grounds of the claim including excessive speed.
