The Bouterey divorce case again came before Mr. Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court to-day when the Solicitor-General intervened to have rescinded the decree nisi which Anthony George Bouterey obtained in August against Coral Pearl Bouterey. and to have the petition for divorce dismissed. Both applications were granted. At the last criminal sessions Bouterey was found guilty of subornation of perjury and was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment. Counsel said that Bouterey had confessed since the trial that the evidence given of his efforts to get two men to commit neriurv was correct
