COMPLIMENT FROM Al CKLANT A letter was read to yesterday’! meeting of the Wanganui City Council from the chief librarian, Auckland Gilr. John Barr), complimenting Wanganui on its successful library year. Mr. Barr said that it would probably he found that Wanganui was unique among the larger municipal libraries, in that it was able to report an increase in subscribers and in issues of books.
