ST. JOHN’S CLUB
The St. John’s Bowling Club closed their season with an afternoon tournament on Saturday. The one green available was taxed to capacity, 64 players taking part in lhe scries of four games that were played. Two rinks tied with four wins each, skipped by Green and Moffatt, respectively, the latter winning the fourhead deciding game. The teams tied on the third head and. when the skips crossed over, Green was lying font shots, all very close to Ihe jack and the draw almost blocked. Green drew another block.
