Sydney Wooderson, whose world record of 4min. 6 2-’ssec. was recently passed by the International Federation, will not make any special attempt to lower his figures (says an exchange). The Blackheath harrier states that he intended to start light training this month, and would get down to serious work in June with a view to the European championships in September. He had hoped to go to i America in June, but is prevented by a law examination-.
