Seamen At San Francisco . RIVAL UNION FACTIONS (By T«li«rraph—P.'Mi Association—Copyright) Received April 19, 8.58 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, April 19. Hundreds of seamen were involved in a street fight between members of Mr. Harry Bridges’ International Longshoremen’s Union and the Inde-; pendent Sailors’ Union. The trouble started when members j of Mr. Bridges’ faction charged pickets | guarding the pier gates. The police broke up the battle after i 40 had been injured.
