U.S. WILLINGNESS TO JOIN MORAL FRONT NEW YORK, April 15. The Washington correspondent ot the Associated Press says Congressional leaders believe Mr Steinhardt’s speech indicates the willingness of the United States to join a moral front against encroachment on democratic forms of government in South America.
