RESULTS OF YESTERDAYS PLAY

The Castlecliff Golf Club's Easter tournament commenced yesterday in unfavourable weather conditions, 100 players taking part. The couiie was in excellent order, but owing to the heavy rain the standard of play was not. so high as it might have been. One qualifying round was played in the morning, but owing to the climatic conditions the first round of match play was postponed until this morning. The following players qualified in the respective handicaps:—
