THRONE RENOUNCED
-o BY PRINCE FRANZ OF LICHTENSTEIN. ZURICH. March 31. Prince Franz L, aged 84, has renounced the Throne of Lichtenstein in favour of Prince Francis Josef, aged 31, voicing the principalities' fears of the result of the annexation of Austria. The Diet passed a resolution in favour of indpendonce, fidelity to the reigning House, and adherence to treaties.
