DEATH OF A CYCLIST 1 Pei i’re»s Asroeiation. ] TAUPvANGA, April 1. Mr Harry Benfell, 59, married, with an adult family of four, employed by the Tauranga Citrus Association Factory, received fatal injuries when tht bicycle he was riding collided with a motor-lorry driven by Mr Frederick William Hopkin. At the inquest the evidence disclosed that Benfell fell under the wheel ol 1 the lorry. A verdict was returned that no blame was attachable to the lorry driver.
