Jl’. le Water, High Commissioner for the Union of South Africa in London, Great Britain will begin consultations with the Dominions next week regarding Germany's colonial demands. It is still evident that only South Africa is involved, and New Zealand and Australia are merely being informed of the progress of the discussions.
