DEBATE IN COMMONS [ British Official Wirelees.] RUGBY, Dec. 17. Tuesday’s House of Commons debate on foreign affairs will be raised on the motion for the adjournment, permitting a wide scope for discussion, but the House is likely to be occupied mainly with the Far East situation. Mr. Chamberlain and Mr. Eden will speak for the Government it is anticipated and Mr. C. R. Attlee and Mr. A. V. Alexander will be the principal speakers for the Opposition. The House rises on Thursday for the Christmas recess.
