INCIDENT AFTER STRANDING OF LINER. Received Dec. 17, 9.50 p.m. MANILA, Dec. 17. Several of the passengers of the President Hoover, which went ashore at Hoishoto Island, complained that a dozer, of the crew entered the. ship’s bar and became intoxicated while the passengers were ashore. The crew then came ashore singing boisterously. The remainder of the crew, however, efficiently performed their duties.
