CLASH IN GERMANY POLICE MAKE ARRESTS. Received Dec. 17, 5.15 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 16. The Berlin correspondent o£ The Times reports that Pastor Mueller, Pastor Jantsch, and two others have been arrested on charges of attacking the State in their sermons. The police closed and sealed premises in which students of the teachings of the confessional churches were in the habit of meeting. Many students have been removed from universities in Berlin to the Rhineland ami Westphalia.
