BOTH ANXIOUS FOR PEACE WIDE CLEAVAGE OF VIEWS PARIS, Dec. 15. M. Flandin has returned from Berlin. He said the talks with Baron von Neurath, General Goering, an I Dr. Goebbels show considerable diver gencies in the whole range of French and German views, but peace was desired across the Rhine as ardently as in France.
