ADMITTED UNDER BOND

MADAME FONTANGES IN U.S.A. NIGHT CLUB CLOSES DOWN Received Nov. 25, 9.16 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 24. A Federal Judge admitted Madame Fontanges under a bond of 1000 dollars pending the Court hearing of the appeal against the ruling by which she was excluded. Madame Fontanges was ordered not to appear as an actress or a public performer and also refrain from attempting to profit by the alleged love affair with Signor Mussolini. An ironical development is the closing down of the night club which brought Madame Fontanges from France, owing to the more stringem, application of civic regulations.
