INDIAN AIR DEFENCE
A NATIONAL SCHEME Received Nov. 24, 11.55 p.m. NEW DELHI, Nov. 24. The Indian Government has decidea to elaborate a nation-wide air defence scheme in co-operation with the provincial governments, including the creation of a corps of observers to give warning of the approach of enemy aircraft, and the provision of air-raid shelters and gasproof quarters. The Indian States will probably cooperate, especially those with a long coastline.
