HOLIDAYS WITH PAY [ British Official Wirelees.] Received Nov. 7, 7.5 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 6. Agreement extending to another 5000 workers the principle of holidays with pay which, in recent months, has made considerable progress throughout industry, has been reached between the Engineering Employers' Association and the Iron and Steel Trades Confederation. An ingenious system by which the movements of omnibuses on London streets will be recorded at central headquarters, is being experimented with by the London Transport Board. In this way a continuous record of the state of traffic on every route will be available to the controller in the same way as is already achieved for tube trains and tramways.
