RIGHTS OF MINORITIES
POLISH-GERMAN TREATY BERLIN, Nov. 5. The German and Polish Governments have signed an agreement forbidding any attempt to assimilate national minorities, granting them the free use of their own language, and allowing them to form organisations, maintain schools, conduct church services, practise their professions, and acquire real estate.
