SUPPLIES FOR JAPAN FROM NORTH CHINA TOKIO, Nov. 5. The Asahi Shimbun reports that Japanese importers have completed arrangements to buy 20,000,0001 b. of wool and a milion and a half piculs of cotton produced in North China.
