VISIT TO WANGANUI TO TRAVEL BY AIR The Minister of Railways, the Hon. D. G. Sullivan, will visit Wanganui this afternoon to open the Empire Loan Collection at the Sarjeant Gallery. The Minister has to attend a meeting of Cabinet in Wellington this morning and in.order to fulfill his Wanganui engagement will travel in the Wellington Aero Club's Waco. It is expected that the Minister will take the opportunity of inspecting the southern portion of Mr W. Draflin’s proposed coastal railway deviation between Turakina and Wanganui during his trip.
