MAORI DRIVER ACQUITTED [ Per Press Association. ] NAPIER, Oct. 28. After a retirement of approximately 15 minutes the jury acquitted Gerald JamCb, a native, of a charge oi negligent driving causing death. Thu case was the sequel to a fatal accident at Taradale in June last in which a native, Moananui Tareha, was killed. i
