SIR H. WILKINS’ PLANS Received Oct. 28, 9.50 p.m. MONTREAL, Oct. 27. Sir Hubert Wilkins has arrived to purchase equipment. He said he believed the Soviet flyers were alive. He is planning a new search in the middle of November.
