CONFERENCE AT SYDNEY NEW ZEALAND INSTITUTE I Per Press Association. | WELLINGTON, Oct. 20. The New Zealand Institute of International Affairs will participate in a conference on the British Commonwealth of relations to be held at Sydney next year. The New Zealand Institute is preparing a full statement of the Dominion’s position as a member of the British Commonwealth, and this will be published in book form early next year.
