PROPOSED LEGISLATION
UNITED STATES CONGRESS. Received Oct. 13, 11.55 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 12. President Roosevelt, in his broadcast address, stated that a special session of Congress would deal with crop control, wages and hours, strengthening of the anti-trust laws and reorganisation of the Government bureaus. The session would be held on November 15, when the President also would present the Foreign situation to Congress.
