MISSING ’PLANE FOUND

THE OCCUPANTS SAFE NAROBI, Oct. 12. Brigadier-General Lewin and his wife were located alive and safe near Makale by an Imperial Airways ’plane, which dropped food for them. A recent Khartoum message stated: Brigadier-General Arthur Corrie Lewin and his wife are missing on a flight in the Nile Valley. Air Force ’planes are searching for them. Briga-dier-General Lewin is farming in Kenka Colony and has made frequent air trips with his wife to England.
