WANGANUI YMCA MEN’S LEAGUE MATCHES. KNOCK-OUT TOURNAMENT. The knock-out tournament in connection with the Y.M.C.A. Men’s Inter-house Basketball League, will be continued to-morrow at the Drill Hall, when it is expected that a final will be reached. The following is the order of play for the evening:—7.s p.m.: Marist Football Club v. Bowsers, Ltd. 7.35 p.m.: Woolworths, Ltd., v. St. J.A.B. 8.5 p.m.: Possibles v. Probables. 8.35 p.m.: The winning team in the match Marist Football Club v. Bowsers, Ltd., will play Newsome’s, Ltd. The usual subscription will admit to the Drill Hall. The following teams have been selected for the Possibles v. Probables match:— Possibles.—Goals: J. F. Briscoe (T. 0.8. A.), H. Brewer (Y.M.C.A.). Centre: P. Luke (T. 0.8. B). Defence: J. Myers (Y.M.C.A. H.C.), T. Matthews (Bowsers, Ltd). Probables.—Goals: F. Conder (Sullivan’s), M. Croker (Y.M.C.A.). Centre: T. Clark (Sullivan’s). Defence: M. Fisher (T. 0.8. A.), D. Archibald (Y.M.C.A.).
