WAR GOES ON
ITALIAN STRUGGLE IN ABYSSINIA. Received Oct. 10, 7.5 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 10. The British United Pre* correspondent at Rome, reporting on the guerilla warfare in Abyssinia, states that 33 officers, 5 district commissioners, 40 Blackshirts and 240 Askaris were killed throughout Abyssinia in a fortnight’s warfare. Many villages were sacked and officers’ home burned. A large Italian force is mopping up the district.
