Results included:— Williamstown steeplechase— Musical David 10.1 (McMahon) 1, Underwood 10,12 (Carroll) 2, Prime Seal 10.13 (Foley) 3. Six started. Half a neck; eight lengths. Time, 3.56. Port Phillip Hurdle.—Tapageour 9.3 (Carroll) 1. Sea Scout (Sandiford) 2, Fulham 10.10 (Peacock) 3. Eleven started, including Elegance. Three lengths; four lengths. Time, 2.39. Rebel Queen was unplaced in the Point Cook Handicap and Palatinate was second in the Esplanade Welter, in which Gay Shiela was unplaced.
