SHIPMENTS TO UNITED KINGDOM. The Meat Board is advised by its London office that the shipments from Australia. South America and South to the United Kingdom during the first half of May were as follows: Australia: 46,428 carcases mutton--109,771 carcases lamb; 22,248 quarters beef (frozen); 21,844 quarters beef (chilled). South America: 4978 carcases mutton; 50,310 carcases lamb; 444 quarters beef frozen); 205,702 quarters beef chilled). South Africa; 4785 quarters beef (c’..lled).
