TWO CHINESE FINED 1 Per Pre as Association. I NAPIER, May 3. Wong Sing, market gardener, said to have traded systematically in opium, was fined £5O this morning. Three half-pound tins of opium were found in his possession when questioned on Saturday evening. The police said that he had eluded them for some time. He bought the opium from a Chinese firm in Wellington, Jack Yee, described as a well-known opium smoker, was fine:! £25 for being found in possession ot opiumsmoking utensils.
