BANK OF ENGLAND RETURNS
LONDON, Feb. 4. The Bank of England return for the week ended February 4, is as follows: — Issue Department.
Proportion of reserve to liabilities, 38.78 per cent., compared with 41.45 per cent, last week. The Bank of England rate of discount is 2 per cent, to which it was reduced from per cent, on June 30, 1932.
