CAR OVERTURNS

ONE MAN KILLED [ Per Press Association. 1 INVERCARGILL, Nov. 26. Mr. Howard Newton Cashmore, aged 35, of Auckland, who had acted as guide at Manapouri during the tourist season, was killed in a motor capsize at 11 o'clock last night at Gorge Hill on the road from Mossburn to Te Anau. The car skidded and overturned, Cashmore being killed instantaneously. His brother and the driver, Mr. Les. Murrell, escaped uninjured.
