Manchukuoan troops are pouring into the Chinese province of Suiyuan from Chahar and have bpgun a general advance southwards from Pailingmaio with two columns, one heading towards Wuchuan and the other towards Muyuang. General Chiang Kai-Shek, head oi the Nanking Government, is urgently preparing resistance, and has ordered the garrisons to oppose the invasion, which is regarded as being backed by •the Japanese Kwangtung Army. CHINESE SUCCESS Received Nov. 25, 11.55 p.m. PEKING, Nov. 25. The Chinese have captured Failing* iniao, the base of the Manchukuoan invaders.
