COURT RESERVES JUDGMENT.
(Per Press Association] | WELLINGTON, Nov. 19. j Judgment was reserved by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the Supreme Court to-day in the action in which five brewing and bottling concerns proceeded against McKendrick Bros., Ltd., bottle dealers, to secure a restraining injunction to prevent the alleged non-return and conversion of branded bottles.
