ARABS IN PALESTINE
DECISION TO BOYCOTT COMMISSION Received Nov. 8, 6.50 p.m. JERUSALEM, Nov. 6. The Arab Higher Committee decided to boycott the Royal Commission owing to the British refusal to suspend Jewish immigration. It also issued a manifesto urging the Arabs not to co-operate with the Commission. General Wauchope informed the committee that there was no likelihood of the British Government reversing its Jewish immigration policy.
