BRITISH INDEX FIGURE. [British Official Wireless] RUGBY, Oct. 19. The cost of living index of the Ministry of Labour at October 1 was approximately 48 per cent, above the level of July, 1914, compared with 47 per cent, a month ago and 45 per cent, a year ago.
