RAINY SEASON OVER CAMPAIGN TO RESUME DJIBOUTI, Oct. 19. The rainy season is over and the Italians are starting a campaign to complete the subjugation of the country. They are at present repairing the Addis Ababa-Djibouti railway which the Abyssinians recently cut in several places.

As a. reprisal for the shooting down of three Italian military ’planes in July, when all the occupants were killed, 33 Italian military ’planes, carrying 500 soldiers left Addis Ababa to-day and bombed the village of Lakemtl. Then they landed, and a fierce battle followed. The result is unknown
