Mails for the principal ollices t hroughout the Dominion, which usually close after 8 a.m. will close at 7.30 a.m. No delivery of correspondence will be made by postmen or rural mail contractors. The usual midnight clearance of I receivers will be made on Sunday, 25th instant. TELEGRAPH MONDAY, OCTOBER 26The hours of attendance are 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 7 p.m. to midnight. TELEPHONE EXCHANGE Continuous attendance will be observed.
